Focused Oriented Therapy


Focusing Oriented Therapy invites a strengthening of the mind-body connection in ways that allow us to be more in line with our whole self. 

Western philosophies have often separated our body and its’ workings/sensations/emotions from our brain and its’ thinkings. 

This division can result in us feeling alientated from ourself. 

Focusing Oriented Therapy supports a return to stronger body-mind connection in ways that let us feel ‘held’ and ’supported’ by our own self. 

It is the most gentle and sustainable life-forward process I have come across in my trainings
